The season has come for a lot of hang outs, house parties, pool parties and several other kinds of party. The parties will come but what makes yours interesting? Why would anyone come to yours?
You would go to a party, force conversations with stranger who is not showing interest all because you don’t want to feel bored. Hey, bring in the party activities I don’t care if it’s Nigerian truth or dare (yes, that’s how bad it can get)
Anyway, I decided to roam through the internet for more party games to add to your party content
BEER PONG
This is pretty simple. You attempt to throw a ping pong ball into your opposition’s cup, if a ball lands in a cup the contents of that cup are consumed by the other team and the cup is removed from the table. The first team to eliminate all of the opponent’s cups is the winner
At either ends of a table put six cups in a triangle shape, each teams take turns to throw the ball into the opposition’s cups from each end. Quite fun if both teams are truthful and don’t cheat.
Never Have I Ever
Never Have I Ever is a great game to know your friends’ secrets of what they’ve done and never done. It’s a game for adults tho.
Basically, you have to share something that you have never done before and the people who have will take a sip of their drink (alcohol most preferably) for example when I say “I’ve never gone to a bukka” all those in the group who have been to a bukka will drink.
You can either make it naughty or just normal but Players have to honest to make the game interesting
Have I Ever.
The opposite and tamer version of Never Have I Ever.
Truth or Dare
I know we are tired of seeing this game at parties and hangout because of the sexualized content but you have the option of making it wild or not. There are so many “truth” questions dares one can do
If you’re looking for ideas, this is a huge list of dares that includes everything from “lick the floor” to “bark like a dog” for dares. At the end of the list, there’s also a list of questions you can ask if the player chooses “truth.”
Two Truths and a Lie
Each player tells three statements about themselves, except only two are the truth and one is made up, other players go around the room guessing which they think the lie is. Anyone who gets the lie wrong takes a sip.
These are other games you can enjoy
These guys made the most of lockdown by creating their own Olympics, and it looks like so much fun 😂

Kings Cup
This is best enjoyed with a large number of people. Every time you pick a card, you have to do what the list in the card says and the more drunk, the better!
Bite the Bag
So there’s a bag on the floor and each person must take turns to lean and pick it up using the mouth. No hands allowed, If you can’t pick the bag, you have to drink. As each round passes, an inch of the bag is chopped, and this goes on for as many rounds till only the bottom of the bag is left.
Finish the Song Lyric
Someone starts a song, the next person continues till it gets to the end of the end song and the group. Anyone who misses a line must pay, be punished or drink. (Whatever you decide the punishment be)
Karaoke
This is one interesting activity I love to engage in with friends. The beat or music is played while someone sings along to it.
Whisper Down the Lane
Everybody arranges in a circle, one player starts the game by whispering a phrase in the ear of the person on his/her left. This gets repeated all the way around the circle until it reaches the start. If the phrase changed at some point, whoever changed it is punished, pays up or drinks
Freeze Dance
Few people dances to the music, but when the music is turned off, they must freeze in that position. Whoever keeps moving is eliminated. The last player standing wins
Tug of War
Create 2 equal teams and have them stand behind a drawn mark or an object while facing each other. Both teams are given a rope to pull. When the game starts, each side pulls on the rope to try to get the flag over their line. Whoever pulls the other to his side becomes the winner
Musical Chairs
Set up chairs so that there is one less chair than there are number of players for example If there are 7 players there should be 6 chairs. Players will dance around in circle as music plays. When the music stops, players must sit in a seat. Whoever is without a seat is out. Each round you take away a chair until there is only one player left!
How Do You Doo
Teams will compete to try and get their team to guess a song by only singing the word “doo.” You sing your favorite song using doo and your team tries to guess the song.
This could help you host a very interesting hangout but you have to encourage everyone to play cos sometimes people dey para and just want to press phone.
