Opening of Pineal Gland

As humans, we work towards getting the best out of ourselves, like entering into our deepest deposits of intelligence, intuition, and spirituality, and by so doing, we are inclined to open up or activate a particular engine house in our brain called the Pineal Gland.

It is often referred to by ancient mystics and culture as “the third eye,” that makes us see through our hidden abilities, which sits in the center of the human brain between the right and let hemispheres, and is responsible for producing neurotransmitters such as serotonin and melatonin. The pineal gland attracted the name the third eye more because it works with the light transmitted into it through our two eyes.

Our pineal gland controls growth and maturation in us. It contains photoreceptors just like our two physical eyes which made it connect to the light coming from our two eyes. The pineal gland is stimulated by the two forms of light that we have; the sun and the moon. When in the day, it stimulates Serotonin (Sun) and in the night Melatonin (Moon).

Meanwhile, our pineal gland gets toxified by synthetic fluoride and synthetic calcium usually generated through our day to day domestic products. Unlike when we take organic fluoride and calcium like ones received from plant sources such as vegetables and other organic foods, which help our pineal gland to function well.

Therefore, just like a webbed window in a beautiful house that blocks clear vision to the environment, that needs to be cleared for uninterrupted view of the world, our pineal gland needs to be detoxified before we can activate it. This will then take a process of removing the toxic chemicals that are preventing it from working, such as synthetic fluoride, synthetic calcium, pharmaceutical medications and other toxins that may come from tap water, vitamin supplements, toothpastes, fortified cereals and other products.

After we have begun to eliminate the impurities that prevent the activation of the pineal gland, you can begin to implement practices that stimulate and develop the performance and capabilities of your pineal gland.

A good exercise that you can do throughout your life is to meditate. The act of meditation works to stimulate the chakra system of our brain and our body, which is responsible for driving and generating life energy. The meditation process directs the bioelectric energy and the zero point into the pineal gland so that a greater state of clarity and intuition can enter our conscious life.

After meditation is a more advanced form of exercise that activates the pineal gland and all of the body’s chakra points, the Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini spiral, which rests on the lower chakra of our spine, is a transducer force that passes over the crevice until it finally reaches the pineal gland.

By activating Kundalini and building your way to the pineal gland, you can connect the energy of the heavenly photon of the Sun and the cosmos with the physical body that comes from Earth.

Because the bones of our skeleton are piezoelectric crystals in the nucleus, Kundalini energy rises and flows through the vitreous bones of the spine, activating successively the 33 vertebral points around the crown and reaching the points of pineal gland energy in the upper levels of the upper spine.

Another is the Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese technique of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is managed by “laying hands on” and is based on the idea that an invisible “energy of life force” flows through us and brings us to life. When the energy of the “life force” is low, we are more likely to get sick or stressed, and when it is high, we can be happier and healthier.

If we can take these outlines into our consciousness, we would reach higher grounds in life. And like Dr. Joe Dispenza, a neuroscientist said, “our whole purpose in life really, is not to be good or do the right thing, or be successful or to be famous, our whole purpose in life is to express that divinity through all of us. And the way that we do that is we transform ourselves from an old state to a new state.”
